Choose a time and attend any of our professional trainings. Pick any of those and start living the Scademy experience! This will help you get familiar with what you are signing up for. You can select from multiple subjects, from quantum computing to cyber security, from AI fundamentals to AI-assisted software development.
We teach you the soft skills that will enable you to confidently present your professional material, let it be AI-assisted marketing or chipset security. You’ll be able to do it both online and in-person to audiences of up to hundreds of people. You’ll be supported by Scademy’s learning platform, designed to help you dazzle audiences as a presenter.
Before jumping in front of a real audience, you will present to us a so-called ’mock training’. This is great for both of us because You get to feel what it’s like to train and we can observe your progress. The platform is already there to help you with your presentation. We share our thoughts on the experience to help each other improve. We would love to hear about your experience.
You start with a 1-hour block and gradually move to train a full day. Obviously, we already pay for these part-time deliveries and it’s entirely up to you how quickly you move up from the 1-hour block through the breakout room leadership and beyond. The more you practice, the quicker you can reach the top and become a standalone lead trainer.
At this point, you can deliver full trainings without supervision. It can range from guiding participants in breakout rooms to leading a large group and multiple trainers. It is completely up to you how you set up your calendar. The more training you do the more you earn. You could further deepen your knowledge through additional trainings, either in professional subjects or presentation techniques with our Train the Trainer Advanced training.

Most of the events are being delivered by remote attendance via various platforms.
Due to the time differences between countries, this scheduled program is ideally recommended for participants located within the Central European region however we will always welcome participants from other regions if the times can accommodate your learning needs - click here to calculate the time difference between us and your location.
Yes, we define the following trainer roles:
Facilitator: Hands-on exercise facilitation in breakout rooms
Standalone: Standalone delivery to a small group. Typically, about 12-16 people.
Lead: Delivery to a large group coordinating multiple facilitators. Typically, 20+ people, these groups can scale up to 80 participants.
Trainers get to join dedicated special courses, like Quantum Security. These are not yet available to the public and represent our frontier in sharing knowledge. As a trainer, you may attend any course we teach. Just let us know ahead of time, and we’ll get you booked. Our trainers are lifelong learners. We fuel their drive.

Virtual machines
Exercises and labs are packaged up into a virtual machine. For trainers this is available as an image. During trainings we provide these via our platform.
SCADEMY Platform
1-click access to a virtual classroom. You can see the screens of participants, and help them on demand. There is nothing like providing perfectly timed general guidance targeted at specific individuals. With our platform, you can, and participants love it.
Audio/Video
We usually go along with the client’s requests. We have done trainings over Zoom, Skype, Google Meet, Webex and Microsoft Teams. Teams is the most common platform. While it has it's drawbacks, it works fine most of the time.
Professional trainer rooms
Our HQ features 6+ highly equipped trainer rooms. When we say pro we mean pro: 2 stations on UPS, each featuring a large 4K TV and a FullHD monitor, an Elgato FaceCam and StreamDeck, LED lights, 4 internet lines from optics to LTE. Whatever happens trainings must go on.
SCADEMY offers instructor-led, hands-on, interactive courses to participants. This puts us in a unique position to offer a world-class learning experience. While our courses are already packed with hands-on exercises, we want to take this to the next level and offer more interactions during training deliveries. This includes training our trainers, creating new material and adjusting our current materials to better support this new type of delivery. We grow together. We focus on the humans behind the computer. These sessions include topics like posing questions, directing focus, persuasion, engagement, thinking models, etc.
SCADEMY's Cavalry is the community of our trainers. We are a collection of like-minded individuals striving to grow and make an impact. SCADEMY’s Cavalry is to the security of our world, as an army cavalry is to a losing battle. When the cavalry is sent in, the struggle usually tips in favor of the party who sent it in.
Our relationship with our trainers is very flexible. No minimum training days required; no strings attached. If we have something you could train, we'll call and see if it fits. Some companies make it mandatory for their employees to learn and develop constantly. Our experience is that trainers easily convince employers to let them work with us. Why?
